Pumpkin Bars

2 Vanilla Packets
1 Tablespoon Cheesecake Sugar Free/Fat Free Pudding
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Syrup (??)
3 Tablespoons Cold Water

Bake in a muffin tin at 375 for 13 minutes. Enjoy warm or chilled. Makes 6.

Anyone have ideas about "Pumpkin Syrup"?

  1. DaVinci syrups make sugar free pumpkin syrup as well as about 150 other flavors. I bought tarimisu(sp?) and kahula syrups and am waiting for them to be delivered. Can't wait to add them to my puddings--YUM!
